The focus of the sessions will shift as you shift through the different blocks in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual areas of your life. Eddy personalises the tools and tailors each session based on the issues that are presenting in your life right now.

The strategy call lasts 40-50 minutes. Eddy respects your time and will finish on time.
4. Do I need to prepare for the call?
No, there is no need for any formal preparation. The only thing Eddy asks is that you have thought about what results you want in your life.
